Service Levels

Depending on the scope, scale and budget, we offer you three options for realising your project with our material.

All-In service: Includes delivery, assembly and dismantling as well as collection of the equipment by our in-house logistics department. The costs for this depend on the situation on site (loading zone, floor, stairs, lift, etc.), which must be disclosed for a meaningful quotation.
Material transport: Includes delivery and handover of the material at the kerbside or behind the first door. After the event, you bring the material back to the handover point, where we load it into the lorry and transport it away.
Self-collection: We provide the material for you in the FÖHR loading zone, where you can collect or return it in a suitable vehicle. For legal reasons, we may only provide limited or no assistance with loading and load securing.
